This program focuses on cultivating healthy habits and provides guided playing time for homeschoolers in various sports and physical activities. Your child will acquire skills, sportsmanship, and values in this inclusive environment promoting health habits and physical activity.

The program commences with a health education focus, covering exercise, nutrition, and other healthy habits. Understanding the benefits of a healthy lifestyle is crucial for students' physical and mental well-being.

We offer traditional team sports like soccer, basketball, and volleyball, along with individual sports like track and field, gymnastics, and dance. Students also explore non-traditional sports such as rugby, capoeira, kickball, and handball.

Beyond physical activity, our program emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play, instilling valuable life skills like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
